About Phronon
Classroom simulations for
practical judgment
Phronon is a small family of browser-based simulations for teaching ethics, leadership, organizational design, inequality, and group decision-making. Each one puts students and professionals inside a real decision — then holds up a mirror to how they decided.
What it is
Every Phronon tool runs in the browser and can be used on its own. An educator creates a session and shares a short code or a link; participants join on any device — no account, no install, no downloads, no tracking, no ads. Each simulation is built for university courses, executive education, and seminars, and works equally well in a lecture hall or online.
How a session works
- Create — the educator sets up a session in the tool's backoffice.
- Share — students join with a code or link, in the browser.
- Decide — participants work through the scenario or assessment.
- Reflect — the class sees, together, how it actually reasoned.
